At Trustbanq, our valuations are focused on determining the right business strategy, rather than an appraisal assignment. We divide the valuation exercise into three domains, wherein, we accept and implement assignments.

 

ü  Project viability valuation– In relation to development and project implementation. Our valuation exercises take a ‘on the ground approach’ in relation to sales revenues from the proposed project, within specified time lines.

ü  Specific property valuation   – Specifically undertaken for individual and institutional investors to assess the ROI, tax savings, other specified & defined needs. Special focus is on the ROI defined, with specific transaction clauses, to deliver the desired results.

Dorent valuation   – Valuation of products within specific projects, which are either pre-leased, or the investment is being planned for the rental income.
